The Misted Basin is a semi large crater within the central Ashen Coast on a raised platform. Said crater is filled to the brim with fresh water and supplies the Ashen Coast' rivers with water from it. It is located within the heart of the Dark Woods and is seen as a religious site for the Monastery of the Silent Crow for unknown reasons.
A story states that it was at the Misted Basin where William Falsemire the First defeated the darkness that lurked within the Dark Woods, but there is nothing that proves this story to be true as William had never answered what had happened on that day.
