Born in 120 F.A., Idalia was only twenty-five years old by the time the second Wyrmslayer Cohort was established. By that time she had already mastered the ability to call upon the Holy Light and, using her spear, channel her spells through the tip of the weapon as a focusing tool. She aided King Teran the Dragonbane and her allies within the Cohort as a Battle Cleric, seeing to their wounds and maintaining their life force in the midst of combat.

She was recognized by her unique style of armor - adorned in plated black armor, a golden chain-mail and an elaborate cloak and cowl of a deep red. Aside for her armor scheme, she stood out from the rest of her allies because of her abilities with the Holy Light.

Idalia could arguably be listed as one of the initial Gilnean Paladins had and argued further to be one of the more powerful light wielders of her time. However, in comparison to the modern day paladin, Idalia was no more than a glorified medic who used the Light as a tool of healing instead of elixirs and herbs.

Aside for being known as a battle cleric after signing on with King Teran I's cohort, she was also known to be a member of the Grayblade lineage. It remains unclear what her relation was to the Grayblade line, though it is suggested she married into the Grayblade family, but she has living descendants in the modern day.

The Second Wyrmslayer Cohort[]

Idalia randomly appeared to the public scene shortly after learning that Teran was reforming his father's famed cohort and signed on with the Wyrmslayers to aid them in their mission to defeat the dragons terrorizing the countryside.

Idalia established relations with the Crowley family through the then-head Edrick Crowley upon learning of his fanatical devotion to the Holy Light and was a major factor in obtaining Crowley and his people as allies to the Wyrmslayer Cohort.
